Join us for the Annual Ribbon Kick-Off as we celebrate Nothing More Nebraskan than a Great Nebraska Steak! State Fair Celebrities will pair with a Chef to prepare their very best Steak Recipe - and you get to be the judge on who is crowned the 2022 Winner of the Great Steak Debate!

Once again, guests will also enjoy mouth-watering samples of darn near every breed you can find in Nebraska. From Certified Angus to 1855 Prime to Wagyu from Morgan Ranch and everything in between - we'll be grilling up Nebraska's finest steaks and sipping on perfectly paired wines and Nebraska brews - it's an evening you won't want to miss!

Since 2010, nearly $700,000 has been raised during our annual Blue Ribbon Events! This one-night event is an opportunity for fair friends from near and far to gather and celebrate the upcoming State Fair....while enjoying a little Food & Fun...On-a-Stick!
